Abhivardhan representing Indic Pacific at Startup20 (G20 Brazil 2024) Meeting



Our Founder, and Managing Partner, Abhivardhan had represented Indic Pacific Legal Research LLP in a recent technical meeting held by Startup20 Brasil, an engagement group on innovation, entrepreneurship & collaboration by G20 Brasil 2024 recently.



Our position at Indic Pacific Legal Research, since inception has been clear that national artificial intelligence strategies across the world need to have a specific focus so that stakeholders in the public sector implement them with a sense of parity. 



Abhivardhan was delighted to address to point out the following integral issues with the state of implementation of many national AI strategies:



  • Insufficient focus on capacity building for AI proliferation, commercialization and integration

  • Limited recognition of diverse AI use cases and local contexts

  • The unclear & incapacitated role of regional and local government institutions in Responsible AI governance

  • Dichotomous challenges around AI deployment and development.
